V\u0161ichni si mus\u00edme udr\u017eovat dostate\u010dn\u00fd odstup od lid\u00ed, praktikovat pe\u010dlivou hygienu rukou a db\u00e1t obecn\u00e9 opatrnosti p\u0159i interakci s&nbsp;na\u0161imi spoluob\u010dany, zejm\u00e9na d\u011btmi (kter\u00e9 \u010dasto maj\u00ed jen lehk\u00e9 nebo i \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky), seniory a lidmi s&nbsp;existuj\u00edc\u00edmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Uprost\u0159ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed konverzace ohledn\u011b nutn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed je role <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifestylemedicine.org.au\/lifestyle-medicine\/\">medic\u00edny \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu<\/a> zmi\u0148ov\u00e1na jen z\u0159\u00eddka, p\u0159itom jde o jednu z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 bychom se m\u011bli soust\u0159edit \u2013 a to ze dvou d\u016fvod\u016f. Od chv\u00edle, kdy COVID-19 vstoupil na sc\u00e9nu, se zde projevuje z\u00e1vratn\u00fd vzestup.
