Prvn\u00ed dva t\u00fddny v podstat\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina, pak dva t\u00fddny pit\u00ed jednoho a p\u016fl \u0161\u00e1lku raj\u010datov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy denn\u011b, pot\u00e9 mrkvov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va a pak \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek.<\/p>\n<p>Toto je graf ukazatele imunitn\u00ed funkce v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bch osm t\u00fddn\u016f. B\u011bhem pouh\u00fdch dvou t\u00fddn\u016f stravy s nedostatkem ovoce a zeleniny imunitn\u00ed funkce prudce klesaj\u00ed, ale pouh\u00fd jeden a p\u016fl \u0161\u00e1lku raj\u010datov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy n\u00e1s vr\u00e1t\u00ed do \u017eivota. Ne p\u011bt porc\u00ed denn\u011b, sta\u010d\u00ed jedna vysok\u00e1 sklenice raj\u010datov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy, ale pouh\u00e1 mrkvov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va tak dob\u0159e nefungovala, stejn\u011b tak \u0161pen\u00e1t v pr\u00e1\u0161ku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed zhruba jedn\u00e9 porci. To mi \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 dv\u011b v\u011bci. 1. Jak pozoruhodn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme ovlivnit imunitn\u00ed funkci jednoduch\u00fdmi dietn\u00edmi rozhodnut\u00edmi a 2. ne v\u0161echna zelenina je stejn\u00e1. Ov\u0161em tato studie se opakovala a zkoumala jin\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed ukazatele a potom u\u017e souboj raj\u010dat s mrkv\u00ed dopadl vyrovnan\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje jedna skupina zeleniny, kterou bychom rozhodn\u011b nem\u011bli opom\u00edjet. Z\u00e1n\u011bt, propustn\u00e9 st\u0159evo, to v\u0161e kv\u016fli nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti ligand AHR. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1lov\u00e9 zeleniny v na\u0161\u00ed strav\u011b: tj. zel\u00ed, kapusta, kade\u0159av\u00e1 kapusta, kv\u011bt\u00e1k, r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta, brokolice.<\/p>\n<p>Je tedy pravda, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jed\u00ed zdrav\u011bji, jsou skute\u010dn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b nemocn\u00ed? Ukazuje se, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jed\u00ed v\u00edce ovoce a zeleniny, maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko infekc\u00ed horn\u00edch cest d\u00fdchac\u00edch, jako je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 nachlazen\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e jsou vegetari\u00e1ni nebo ne. Dokonce i jedno jablko denn\u011b nav\u00edc v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci udr\u017eet zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nachlazen\u00ed je ale tak ne\u0161kodn\u00e9. Pro\u010d tedy neotestovat n\u011bco siln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho? M\u016f\u017eeme se tedy pod\u00edvat na v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed respira\u010dn\u00ed infekce, jako je ch\u0159ipka. Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na vztah mezi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi rizikov\u00fdmi faktory a hospitalizace souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s ch\u0159ipkou ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, zjistilo se, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed prevalence obezity o 5 % byla \u0161patn\u00e9, m\u00edra hospitalizac\u00ed se zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 6 %, ale fyzick\u00e1 ne\u010dinnost byla je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed: 7 %. Ov\u0161em jen mal\u00fd propad ve spot\u0159eb\u011b ovoce a zeleniny m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it m\u00edru hospitalizac\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s ch\u0159ipkou je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p>A oby\u010dejn\u00e9 nachlazen\u00ed nen\u00ed v\u017edy ne\u0161kodn\u00e9. Nachlazen\u00ed b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho trimestru t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed se d\u00e1v\u00e1 do spojitosti s mno\u017estv\u00edm vrozen\u00fdch vad, v\u010detn\u011b jedn\u00e9 z nejhor\u0161\u00edch, anencefalie, co\u017e je fat\u00e1ln\u00ed malformace mozku. Nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed data nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee to zp\u016fsobuje hore\u010dka, nebo\u0165 se zd\u00e1, \u017ee l\u00e9ky proti hore\u010dce jsou schopn\u00e9 vzniku vrozen\u00fdch vad vyvolan\u00fdch nachlazen\u00edm zabr\u00e1nit. Ale je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed by bylo v\u016fbec neonemocn\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci sledovali tis\u00edc \u017een a jejich stravu p\u0159ed a b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, a \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 konzumovaly v\u00edce ovoce a zeleniny, m\u011bly st\u0159edn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika infekce horn\u00edch cest d\u00fdchac\u00edch b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee tento p\u0159\u00ednos vznik\u00e1 spojen\u00edm oboj\u00edho \u2013 ovoce a zeleniny z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u2013 nam\u00edsto jedn\u00e9 nebo druh\u00e9 skupiny samotn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina poskytuj\u00ed p\u0159irozenou rovnov\u00e1hu v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 mohou zlep\u0161it imunitn\u00ed funkce komplement\u00e1rn\u00edm, kombinovan\u00fdm nebo synergick\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, co\u017e by mohlo vysv\u011btlit ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek pozorovan\u00fd p\u0159i vysok\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b ovoce i zeleniny. Nebo mo\u017en\u00e1 je to jedin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak toho ty \u017eeny mohly zkonzumovat dost.<\/p>\n<p>\u017deny, u kter\u00fdch se v t\u00e9to studii prok\u00e1zal ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek, jedly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dev\u011bt porc\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pouh\u00fdmi p\u011bti porcemi ovoce nebo \u010dty\u0159mi porcemi zeleniny. Ty mohou splnit n\u00e1hodn\u011b stanoven\u00e9 denn\u00ed minimum 5 nebo 6 porc\u00ed, ale pro \u00fa\u010dinnou imunitu to nemus\u00ed posta\u010dovat.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad v t\u00e9to slavn\u00e9 studii, kterou jsem zm\u00ednil ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve, star\u0161\u00ed jedinci n\u00e1hodn\u011b rozd\u011blen\u00ed do skupiny s p\u011bti porcemi denn\u011b m\u011bli zlep\u0161enou protil\u00e1tkovou odezvu na o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti z\u00e1palu plic, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se skupinou s pouh\u00fdmi dv\u011bma porcemi ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b \u2013 to p\u0159edstavuje n\u00e1r\u016fst o 80 %, ale pouze asi 30 % dos\u00e1hlo k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b, tj. 12 ze 40. \u0160est porc\u00ed denn\u011b je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dv\u011b denn\u011b, ale mo\u017en\u00e1 \u017ee by osm, dev\u011bt nebo deset porc\u00ed denn\u011b fungovalo je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a9 <a href=\"https:\/\/faktaozdravi.cz\">Fakta o zdrav\u00ed<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionfacts.org\/\">NutritionFacts.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip: Konzumujte denn\u011b pestrou \u0161k\u00e1lu ovoce a zeleniny. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe!
